These high quality, steel, industrial grade 1U rackmountable PDU provide the user the most economic power distribution solution in the market. With features such as a large selection of outlet configurations, circuit breakers, surge suppressors, individual outlet control, digital true RMS current meters, alarm functions, and NO On/Off Switch, you can have the peace of mind that your data storage or network communications equipment is protected from unpredictable power events.

These PDU designs are enclosed in SPCC Grade Steel and come with a variety of outlet configurations (8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20 & 24 port) and are rackmountable to the 19” open rack or cabinet. The outlet receptacles are NEMA 5-15R and, in conjunction with the convenient 15 foot power cord, make for very simple and easy installation.

The switched family of rack PDU offers relay-controlled AC outlets that can be accessed uniquely via web (HTTP) or by traditional communication protocols, such as SNMP, modem, and Telnet. The switched PDU provides advanced warning to protect against unplanned power overloads. User-defined alarm thresholds mitigate risk with real-time local and remote alerts of potential unexpected circuit overloads that can affect mission critical equipment. This allows IT managers to turn off outlets that are not in use, preventing overload situations that can occur when spare outlets are loaded from unknowing users. IT Managers can also configure the switched PDU outlets so that power can be recycled remotely when equipment locks up, saving the time and cost of an on-site visit.
