The NS160S 4-In-3 SAS/ SATA JBOD Enclosure is an Internal multi-drives aluminum enclosures, SAS/SATA backplane design supports 4 SAS & SATA Hard Disk with hotswappable trays, built-in fan for self-ventilation; hotswappable trays with individual key locks, power/access LEDs; environmental monitoring with LEDs for fan/temperature and mutable buzzer alarm.

Single Connectivity for Multiple Disks
NS160S is particularly designed with a miniSAS(SFF8087) connector on the rear panel for single miniSAS 10Gbps bandwith cable connectivity for four(4) SAS/SATA disks to the host Raid control card or serverboard that equipped with miniSAS connector as well. The secure latch of miniSAS(SFF8087) will prevent it from protential cable coming off easily and best cable arrangement for excellent venting inside of server chassis. Netstor also provides cable optional of miniSAS to 4*SATA for connecting with traditional discrete SATA connectors on board.
User-selectable Fan Speed
In order to meet the requirement for quiet and best cooling ventilation, the new NS160S is designed with a unique three user selectable fan speeds for supporting wide range hard disks from 7200RPM high capacity SATA to 10K-RPM/15K-RPM high performance SAS drives. The fan speed selectable feature provides low, middle or high speed optinal which allows users to select the best balance between quiet and cooling for their HDDs.
